  • Past Avatars
  • Message content when a command is invoked or arguments are passed
  • Last deleted message content
  • Last message edit history
  • Last Emoji Reaction History

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the data we collect solely to provide, maintain, and improve the Service's features.

• Core Service Function: IDs (Guild, Channel, Role, User, Message) are stored so bot configurations and commands function properly.
• Feature-Specific Data:
  • Nickname, Username, and Avatar changes are logged for namehistory and avatarhistory.
  • Guild name changes are logged for gnames.
• Debugging & Temporary Storage:
  • Message content from invoked commands is stored for up to 14 days.
  • Deleted/edited message and reaction history is stored for up to 2 hours for features like "snipe" and edit logging.

3. Analytics and Performance Monitoring

We collect anonymous analytics to improve service quality, processed using the PostHog analytics platform and stored on servers in Dallas, Texas.

Data we collect includes:

• Command usage patterns
• Performance metrics (e.g., response times)
• Error tracking
• Feature adoption and interaction patterns
• Server activity metrics
• Security incident detection data
• Command success/failure rates

This analytics data is:

• Pseudonymized (no personally identifiable information)
• Stored securely with restricted access
• Retained for a maximum of 30 days
• Never sold or shared with third parties

Users cannot opt out of essential analytics, but we minimize data collection to what is strictly necessary. You may request details of analytics related to you by contacting us.

4. Information Sharing

We do not sell, rent, expose, or share your personal information with any third parties.

5. Data Storage, Security, and Backups

• Primary Location: Dallas, Texas, USA
• Backups: Replicated in New York (USA) and Falkenstein (Germany)
• Backup Schedule: Performed every 8 hours and retained for 7 days

6. Your Data Rights & Deletion

• User-Controlled Deletion: Users may clear their own name or avatar history at any time. Server admins may clear guild name logs.
• Full Deletion Requests: Email valinorbot@proton.me to request full deletion. Most requests are processed within 7 days.
• Backup Limitation: Backup data cannot be removed manually but expires naturally within 7 days.

7. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Policy at any time. Significant changes will be announced through the application itself. Continued use of the Service means you accept the updated Policy.
