Valinor Terms of Service

Welcome to Valinor! These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Valinor application, bot, and any related services (collectively, the "Service"), provided by the Valinor Team ("we," "us," "our").

1. Acceptance of Terms

By adding, inviting, or otherwise using the Valinor Service (e.g., adding it to a server or authorizing it as a User App), you ("you," "User") agree to be bound by these Terms.

If you do not agree to all of these Terms, you must not use the Service.

2. License to Use

Subject to your compliance with these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to use the Service for its intended purpose.

3. User Conduct and Responsibilities

You are responsible for your own conduct and any conduct that occurs through your account or server while using the Service. You agree that you will not:

• Engage in Misuse: Intentionally spam commands, attempt to crash, or otherwise disrupt the stable operation of the Service or its infrastructure.
• Violate Platform Policies: Use the Service in any manner that violates the Terms of Service of the platform it operates on (e.g., Discord).
• Promote Prohibited Activities: Use the Service in any server or context that is primarily dedicated to application spam, harassment, or illegal activities.
• Attempt to Decompile: Reverse engineer, decompile, or otherwise attempt to discover the source code or underlying mechanics of the Service.
• Violate the Law: Use the Service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.

The User is solely responsible for any violations of these Terms caused by them or through their account.

4. Service Availability and Modifications

We strive to provide a reliable service, but we do not guarantee that the Service will be available, uninterrupted, or error-free at all times.

We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the Service (or any part of it) at any time, with or without notice.

5. Modification of Terms

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time at our sole discretion. We will make reasonable efforts to notify users of significant changes, such as through a notice in the application itself.

Your continued use of the Service after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.

6. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or permanently terminate your access (or the access of any server) to the Service at any time, for any reason, without prior notice, at our sole discretion. This includes, but is not limited to, a breach of these Terms.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis. We make no warranties, express or implied, that the Service will be secure, error-free, or free from interruptions. Your use of the Service is at your own risk.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Valinor Team shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages (including loss of data or goodwill) arising from or in connection with your use of the Service.
